Our Last Day With Ron and Terry

We had one last full day with Ron and Terry on Saturday. It was action packed. First we went to Costco in Taichung and spent an hour and a bit there... Next we made it to Ba Gwa Mountain where we saw the Great Buddha Statue. Of course Josie and Jevin attracted a lot of attention. At one point we walked behind the temple. Seeing a feast being prepared, we asked if we could take some pictures. Well, all those ladies freaked out over the kids and pulled us into the depths of the temple where they were preparing more food. Apparenlty the "Buddha" prepares a feast for EVERYONE twice a year and this was one of them. They were making these really cool steamed buns (Man-To) in the shapes of all sorts of fruits and vegetables.

After, we went to Kevin and Rayne's house for a Christmas party with more turkey.
