Rosthern Winter Carnival

 Rosthern had a winter carnival yesterday.  It was great fun for the kids.  They had balloons, coloring, face painting, outside snow games and so much more.  Josie convinced Jevin to get his face painted and then decided to only have her hand painted.

 

We went outside to play on the hill with Wendel from the other grade 2 class.  As we were walking there, everyone was staring and smiling at us.  My first impression was that, yeah - Rosthern is such a friendly town... And then it occurred to me that my son was a tiger or a dog or something quite different from the norm.  Cute nonetheless.
